October 29, 2020

Westcor Land Title Insurance Co. announced a continued commitment to growing its presence in the Central States Region.

Recently, the Central States Region, formerly referred to as the Ohio Region, has been renamed due to the company’s growth in this part of the country. In a release, Westcor attributed the growth to its agency representatives and the leadership in that region. Michael Trowbridge, vice president and regional manager for the Central States, has earned a role expansion in response to the positive impact that he has made in the region.

“Growing Westcor’s presence in the Central States region has been the result of the hard work, dedication and commitment our Westcor team and our family of independent agents have to providing top tier service,” Trowbridge said. “Without the knowledge of our local counsel and agency reps on the grounds, expansion would not have been possible. Westcor has always been a people-first company and I think the Central States is a perfect example at how well that company culture can help make everyone succeed.”

In addition, Westcor announced the hiring of Steve Hightower as agency representative for North Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas, and Philip Snowden as agency representative for the Gulf Coast and Louisiana.

Hightower has worked in the title insurance industry for over 20 years. He has spent most of his career in the Texas markets, as well as, working as regional senior vice president for a national independent agent. Snowden has a background in employee screening, insider threat detection and business operations evaluations.
