SoftPro Enhances Integration with CATIC

SoftPro recently announced a new integration that supports CATIC’s Title Order Packaging System (TOPS) platform

The SoftPro integration with CATIC continues to include the integrated closing protection letters and electronic policy jackets that were made available through the original integration. With the added capability of the TOPS integration, CATIC agents in certain jurisdictions can order and receive title search results directly in their SoftPro file.

“Adding this new title search functionality for SoftPro customers using CATIC’s TOPS program provides even more efficiency to their order processing allowing them to improve overall productivity,” said Patrick Hempen, SoftPro chief customer officer.

The integration with CATIC is made possible through SoftPro’s free business exchange portal, SoftPro 360.

“This integration will allow agents using SoftPro to seamlessly upload search data and documents right into their production system, improving their workflow,” said James Czapiga, CATIC president and CEO. “In addition to the already available eJackets and CPL integration, the TOPS integration with SoftPro enables both our agents and searchers to perform their jobs more effectively and efficiently.”
