Agents National Title Names Southwest Agency Operations Manager

Agents National Title Insurance Co. (ANTIC) has named Susan Simmons as manager of its Southwest Agency Operations.

Simmons will support ANTIC underwriters and sales associates in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Arkansas, as well as contributing to projects at the national level.

"Susan Simmons brings a wealth of experience to the ANTIC family that can't be duplicated,” said Mark Batis, Texas Agency manager for ANTIC. “She has worked at all levels of the title industry, from local independent agencies, to large national and international underwriters. Her energy and ideas will help us empower our agent base in many ways.”

Before joining ANTIC, Simmons held a variety of roles with several underwriters, from vice president-agency coordinator to licensing and agent services manager.

Her background also includes close to 20 years in the agent/closing side of the business as director of operations, policy and recording manager, escrow officer, asset manager and more. Previously, she gained experience in the lending industry with responsibilities ranging from compliance and risk management to national tax service processing.

“Susan Simmons has built her reputation on professionalism, knowledge, an encouraging attitude and a heart for service,” said David Townsend NTP, president of ANTIC. “We are delighted that she has chosen to work with us.”
