FNF to Launch Agency Operation for National Title Insurance of New York in Georgia

Fidelity National Financial (FNF) has hired Rachel Hollinger Chapman to spearhead the launch of National Title Insurance of New York’s agency operation in Georgia.

Chapman’s 22-year career in the title insurance industry began in Albuquerque, N.M., as an account executive for direct operations with First American Title. She later transferred to the agency division in Atlanta. In 2001, Hollinger launched Old Republic Exchange Co.’s Southeastern Regional 1031 exchange facilitation operations, serving as vice president and regional manager. Her combined experience in both title insurance and 1031 exchanges led to her return to First American in 2008 in a dual division capacity as vice president and 1031 Exchange and agency account manager.

“We are very fortunate to have Rachel join our Southeast Agency Division and launch the National Title Insurance of New York agency brand in Georgia,” said David Baum, executive vice president and southeastern regional manager. “Her impressive industry track record and experience will undoubtedly lead to continued growth for FNF.”

Chapman is a 2012 graduate of the Atlanta Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women’s, Leadership CREW program. She has authored 1031 exchange related articles and provided quotes for publications including Southeast Real Estate Business’s Georgia Commercial Properties magazine and the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

“I am thrilled to join the FNF Family of Companies and introduce National Title Insurance of New York to the marketplace,” Chapman said. “I look forward to building an elite team of highly skilled professionals to deliver an elevated experience to National Title Insurance of New York customers.
