Qualia Integrates With CATIC Search Application

August 20, 2020

Qualia announced that title and escrow agents can now access CATIC’s title search application (TOPS) directly through Qualia Marketplace. The Qualia Marketplace platform allows title companies to place orders for title searches, track progress and manage payments.

“We are excited to expand our existing partnership with CATIC to provide their network of 2,000 agents with the technology to streamline their workflows and collaborate more effectively,” said Nate Baker, co-founder and CEO of Qualia. “In a time of record-low mortgage rates, Marketplace services can help agents remain efficient in the face of high order volumes.”

With this integration, agents can now place title search orders with CATIC and automatically import data and documents back into their file all without leaving Qualia. Agents do not need to open up a separate system or website to access the integration. Billing is processed automatically. Agents can keep track of CATIC orders with Marketplace reports.
