Tips to Cultivate a Successful Remote Team

The COVID-19 pandemic forced title and settlement companies across the country to modify staffing practices and processes. Five months in, most professionals have learned that working from home can bring new challenges such as juggling work while watching (or teaching) kids, learning new software and conferencing programs, and managing files from a couch.
