Title Resources, TRG Announce Strategic Hires

Title Resources, a member of the Title Resource Group (TRG) and Realogy family of companies, recently hired Morton “Mo” Manassaram as senior vice president and Southeast regional manager. In addition, TRG, announced the hire of Alan Hall as director of its commercial channel. Both hires come on the heels of a first quarter 2019 in which Title Resources’ growth in gross premiums written outpaced the industry by nearly 12 percent, according to data from ALTA’s first-quarter Market Share Report.

In his role, Manassaram will be responsible for business development and growth of operations. His initial priority will be to add personnel and title agents to the Title Resources family.

“Florida and the Southeast are great areas to underwrite quality title agents,” Manassaram said. “I’m excited to join Title Resources, part of the country’s largest real estate services company, in its mission of helping Realtors, builders and lenders provide the highest quality closing experience.”

Hall will work to drive TRG’s growing national commercial division. Hall brings more than 11 years of commercial title experience with expertise in third party commercial due diligence, IRC 1031 Exchanges and national account management.

“I am thrilled to join forces with Mo in running a quality underwriter,” said Scott McCall, president and CEO of Title Resources. “He is well versed in the industry and totally committed to providing our title agents with the highest and most professional level of service. Likewise, I am excited for Title Resource Group to add someone of Alan’s experience and ability to assist with growth on the commercial side.”
