A Guide for Homebuyers (Marketing Flyer): This one-page document breaks down key terms in the title transaction to help the consumer understand, what it is, why it matters, and how they benefit.
Our Industry Explained (PDF): This PDF document will help you succinctly explain to industry peers and consumers what title agents do, including answers to some of the most frequently asked questions.
Closing Time: 6 Steps Every Homebuyer Should Expect (Word document): ALTA members to use on social media to help explain the benefits of title insurance. You can break this into a series of blog posts over six days or even longer.
