The Docket: Tenth Circuit Enforces Creditors' Rights Exclusion in Fraudulent Conveyance Action

Justin Scorza, vice president of First American Title’s corporate underwriting department, provided today’s review of a ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, which reversed a 2017 decision that refused to apply the creditors' rights exclusion.
