The Docket: Do Policies Cover Easements Not Revealed in Public Record?

Christopher Smart, a shareholder with the law firm Carlton Fields, provided today’s review of a ruling by a U.S. district court in Louisiana addressing liability for easements created by facts on the ground, but not revealed in public records.
