TitleWave Adds to Team

TitleWave Real Estate Solutions announced it has hired Toni Carroll as vice president of Southeast and Mid-Atlantic sales while Terri Smith joined the company as supply chain manager.
Carroll has worked in the title industry for 33 years and participates on several ALTA committees. In her role, she will help promote TitleWave’s title production productions in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. Previously, she served as a national settlement account manager with an e-recording company. She has also held roles as agency representative with a national underwriter and worked in software sales. In July 2018, Toni was recognized on Mortgage Professional America’s (MPA) 2018 Elite Women in Mortgage list, which honors “women who have overcome obstacles and broken barriers to become some of the industry’s top professionals.” She was also named one of HousingWire’s 2018 Women of Influence.
Smith has 14 years of experience in title and vendor management. In past roles, she has worked with development teams to create vendor software. Most recently, Smith was as a vendor relations manager for a national provider of title and real property research.
