Thomas Title & Escrow Expands in Texas

July 31, 2018

Arizona-based Thomas Title & Escrow continued its expansion in the Texas market with the opening of its second office in Houston.

"As Houston continues to see strong development and growth in its downtown core and surrounding neighborhoods, there will be a need for a trusted underwriting partner who can work quickly and effectively across the commercial real estate spectrum," said Frank Busch III, Thomas Title’s president and CEO. "We believe expanding our expertise into the Houston market will help fulfill that need."

Matthew Skalka, senior vice president, manages the Houston office. He previously served as senior underwriting counsel at Stewart Title Commercial Services.

Founded in 2006, Thomas Title provides commercial and residential title insurance, real estate settlement and escrow services.
