Beware of Fictitious Consumer Complaint Email from CFPB

April 19, 2018

According to the CFPB, a title company in Florida reportedly received a suspicious email that appeared to include a consumer complaint. The CFPB said any email that directs recipients to download an attachment to view a consumer complaint about their company is bogus.
