California Title Company Wrongly Named in Dismissed Class Action

November 22, 2016

A class-action lawsuit filed against a California-based title company for allegedly making telemarketing calls to a consumer registered on the National Do-Not-Call Registry has been dropped because the plaintiff brought the case against the wrong entity.
