AmTrust Title Looks to Expand Western Agency Operations

AmTrust Title Insurance Company announced that it named James Dufficy director of corporate strategy, agency vice president.
With more than 20 years of experience in the title insurance industry, Dufficy will assist Jason Gordon, president of AmTrust Title, in expanding the company’s authority to write title insurance across the country and to broaden its agency operations nationwide with a regional focus on the western United States.
Prior to joining AmTrust Title, Dufficy was managing member of Retitle Holding Company, a limited liability company formed to make investments in real estate. Before that, he was president and general counsel for National Title Insurance of New York. Dufficy also has served in executive positions for two Stewart Lender Services and First American Title Insurance Co.
