CFPB Releases Final Regulation for Integrated Mortgage Disclosures

November 26, 2013

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on Nov. 20 released its regulation to combine federal mortgage disclosure forms required by the Truth in Lending Act and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act. Read on for initial analysis on how the final rule and new forms will impact the closing process.
