North American Appoints Vice President of Field Operations

August 27, 2013

North American Title Insurance Co. (NATIC) promoted Michael Holden to vice president, field operations. In this role, Holden will be responsible for providing assistance to NATIC’s regional state agency managers, as well as for growing the company’s network of independent agents and assisting the agency network in all aspects of its business.

“Michael’s decades of experience as both an agency owner and an agency manager for various underwriters is a valuable asset to the NATIC independent agency service team,” stated Geoffrey Ginn, senior vice president, independent agency for NATIC. “He brings to the table the proverbial ‘best of both worlds’ with his experience of agency operations and providing support mechanisms. NATIC continues to prove its commitment to independent agency growth and Michael’s advancement fulfills this goal. Michael is a tireless advocate for the title agent.”

Holden will continue to directly manage the independent agency network for the Great Lakes Region, as well as to act in this enhanced role to help agents across the United States. NATIC operates in 34 states.
