TSS Software Adds Digital Closing Docs to Platform

August 9, 2011

TSS Software Corp. has added Digital Closing Docs with Forever Marketing to the RealExpress platform of its flagship title and settlement solution, TitleExpress. This integration allows TSS customers to place an order with Digital Closing Docs directly from TitleExpress, eliminating the need to rekey multiple names, addresses, phone numbers and property information.

“We are pleased to offer this turn-key online marketing and closing document delivery service to our customers,” said Barbara Miller, president and chief operating officer of TSS.

Digital Closing Docs with Forever Marketing is a marketing platform that delivers repeat business to agents, lenders and Realtors with no direct cost to the title agency. Digital Closing Docs automatically delivers documents electronically to homeowners and customers.

“Digital Closing Docs provides an automated marketing platform for title agents to increase market share and repeat business,” said Robert Reich, president of Digital Docs.net. “This service offers a transaction-based document management fee which gives title agents and their referral sources an advantage over expensive fee-based marketing programs.”
