Fidelity National Title Group selected Innovation Group's Insurer Claims and Insurer Analytics as the company moves to automate and digitize its claims process.
Insurer Claims enables automation of manual processes to improve accuracy, settlement and customer service, while Insurer Analytics provides business intelligence (BI), dashboard reporting, real-time analytics and management reporting to assist in managing the business.
