Bills to Ban Private Transfer Fees Introduced in Nebraska, Wyoming

In Nebraska, Chris Langemeier introduced legislative bill 26, while in Wyoming, House Bill No. 0131 was introduced by Reps. Lisa Shepperson and Kermit Brown, and Sen. Drew Perkins.
