First American Announces Q4 Earnings Release

February 11, 2010

The First American Corp. will release operating results for the fourth quarter of 2009 on Feb. 25 and host a conference call later the same day at 11 a.m. ET.

The conference call, which will also be broadcast over the Internet and is open to investors, members of the financial community, the media and other members of the public, can be accessed online at www.firstam.com/investor. or by dialing toll free (888) 989-9722. Callers from outside the United States may dial (517) 308-9331. The pass code for the event is “First American.”

An audio replay of the conference call will be available through March 5, by dialing 203-369-3594. An audio archive of the call; a copy of the 2009 year-end earnings release, including the financial information contained therein; and the accompanying financial presentation will also be available on First American’s investor website.
