A Training Investment That Pays Dividends

The number of people employed in the title insurance industry has been drastically reduced in the past few years, largely due to the economy. However, we know that the economy will not be like this forever. When business starts to pick up again, it is the wise supervisor who will find innovative ways to train new employees. ALTA’s Land Title Institute has a vast array of educational tools waiting to fulfill those needs, and the Title Triumph Board Game, introduced in 2003, is a great addition to any company’s training library.
