RESPA Taskforce Holds Successful Meeting With HUD, MBA

The American Land Title Association’s RESPA Implementation Taskforce had meetings with both the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Mortgage Bankers Association’s working group Oct. 6 to discuss unresolved issues surrounding the new GFE/HUD-1 forms.
