RESPA Comment Period Closes Today

June 12, 2008

This is your last chance to file comments on the proposed RESPA rule. The comment period closes today so follow the link to our website and take the time to make your voice heard. There are currently only about 2000 comments. In 2002, during the last rulemaking, over 40,000 comments were filed. The rule, ALTA comments and talking points, and an easy link to the rulemaking website are all at the RESPA Resource page.
