eRecording Live in Action at Tech Forum 2007

March 21, 2007

You have surely heard about eRecording and you may be seeing it implemented in your market, but have you seen the process up close? Jack Arrowsmith, Douglas County Clerk and Recorder, is inviting Tech Forum attendees to meet the personnel and see each step of the eRecording process. Attendees have the unique opportunity to enhance their understanding of all aspects of eRecording, from document receipt to stamping, fees, storage, and retrieval.

There will be no additional charge for this tour, but registration for Tech Forum 2007 is required to attend this event on Tuesday, April 24th! The tour will take place off-site in Castle Rock, Colorado (about 45 minutes south of Denver). Buses will depart the Hyatt at 1:00 p.m. for the Douglas County Recorders Office. After the tour, buses will be available to either return to the Hyatt (arriving at about 3:30 p.m.) or take participants directly to the Denver International Airport (arriving at about 5:00 p.m.)

Are you new to the concept of eRecording? Attend a Tech Forum educational session also on Tuesday. The session "eRecording: Progress and Promise" will inform attendees about eRecording in counties across the country and how various eRecording and eSignature technologies are being implemented in different states. Experts will be on hand for attendees to learn how eRecording continues to evolve and how to stay current with legislative and legal developments.
