Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and FNF Acquires the Assets of A New York Title Insurance Agency

Jacksonville, Fla. -- Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE:FNF) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Inc. (FNTIC) has acquired the assets of STG Associates, Inc., one of its premier title insurance agency relationships.

Under the terms of the acquisition, STG Associates will operate as a division of FNTIC and will continue to foster its long-standing customer relationships in Floral Park, New York, with the three principals of STG Associates, Paul Holmes, Margaret "Peggy" Dato and Richard Frey, continuing in their respective management leadership roles.
