Capital Title Group's Stock Listing Moves to The NASDAQ National Market

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. --Capital Title Group Inc. (Nasdaq: CTGI) -- listed No. 21 in FORTUNE'S 100 Fastest Growing Companies in America -- is a national provider of title, appraisal and other transaction services to the real estate and mortgage lending industries. Capital Title announced today that it has received approval for the listing of its common stock on The NASDAQ National Market system with trading to commence on March 31, 2005, under the symbol CTGI. Capital Title moved its common stock listing from The NASDAQ SmallCap Market where it has been trading since May 1997 under the same symbol.
