Landata Systems, Inc. Announces New Positions, Promotions

HOUSTON – Landata Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Stewart Information Services Corp. (NYSE-STC) announces the creation of three new director-level positions and the promotion of several employees.

Jennifer Dumas, formerly associate director of product development, now serves as director or application strategy and acceptance. Mrs. Dumas’ department creates the vision and strategy for the products and acts as the product spokespersons and customer liaisons throughout the lifecycle of the products. Mrs. Dumas’ department is also responsible for ensuring the adoption of the technology within the affiliate offices of Stewart Title Company and agents of Stewart Title Guaranty with a focus on driving acceptance of the products.

Mark Crump, formerly associate director of business development, will serve as director of business development. Mr. Crump’s department oversees the sales, marketing and business development for Landata Systems, Inc., Landata Title Office® and Titlelogix® in addition to identifying new opportunities such as e-doc storage and e-vaulting. In his role, Mr. Crump is charged with increasing Landata Systems’ market share and revenue through sales.

Michelle Cole, formerly director of application integration, will now serve as director of IT governance. In her role, Mrs. Cole’s team works on standardizing the methodology, processes and metrics around Stewart technology.

Terri Hilderman has been promoted from national distributor relations specialist to director of agent technology for Stewart. This position became available with the transfer of Gregg Humphries to chief technology officer for Stewart International. Mrs. Hilderman’s responsibilities will involve both the customer and product development teams, including planning and delivering a full set of IT solutions across Stewart for title agents and affiliates. She coordinates with product development teams on usability evaluation, cost/benefit analysis, and return on investment on title technology development requests, and develops and maintains overall Stewart IT strategy as it relates to the title agents and affiliates.

These positions report to Mike Davis, CIO, Stewart and president, Landata Systems, Inc.
