First Advantage Names Alex Sink to Board of Directors

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- First Advantage Corporation (Nasdaq: FADV), a global risk management solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Adelaide A. ("Alex") Sink to its board of directors.

Prior to retiring in 2000, Sink had a 26-year career with Bank of America - Florida, which culminated in her appointment as president in 1993.

Currently, Sink also serves on the board of Republic Bank, headquartered in St. Petersburg, and is an active board member of several non-profit organizations, including the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay, Nature Conservancy of Florida and Wake Forest University.

As a business leader and community volunteer, Sink has received numerous awards including the Tampa Bay Business Hall of Fame, Jewish National Fund Tree of Life Award and Wake Forest University Distinguished Alumnus Award.

Sink was born in Mount Airy, N.C. and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Wake Forest University.
