The National Association of Realtors has chosen Fidelity National Information Solutions' workflow and communications platform for its Realtor VIP Program, in a move that aims to create a seamless link between Realtors, clients and vendors.

The system, dubbed TransactionPoint, is a single transaction platform that enables real estate professionals to order, confirm and schedule the delivery of multiple real estate-related products and services.

The platform enables agents and their clients to log onto a password-protected Web site and check the status of their transaction through point and click navigation.

Data entered into the TransactionPoint system flows to all related applications and application segments, aiming for speedier transactions, lower cost and reduced risk of error. In addition, agents can customize and brand their site to include their name and company logo or use the platform as an audit tool.

FNIS provides technology, data and services to lenders, real estate practitioners, settlement companies, vendors and other real estate industry participants.
