LSI provides Disaster Inspection Reports For Arizona, Colorado And Texas Properties

Mortgage lenders, servicers and investors who are attempting to gauge potential losses from the recent fires and floods in Arizona, Colorado and Texas can obtain a low-cost disaster inspection report available from Lender's Service Inc.

The report includes exterior inspection of the property, a summary letter detailing the inspection findings and one front photo of the property, and is prepared by a licensed or certified appraiser.

The report targets lenders that have applications in their pipelines in these states, servicers with loans at risk, investors who own or are in the process of purchasing loans from these states and holders of mortgage-backed securities with loan concentrations in these states.
