Home-Link Services announced today a strategic marketing alliance with Chase Manhattan Mortgage, a division of JP Morgan Chase.

The alliance was formed to provide mortgage origination services, resources and programs to Home-Link and its affiliated residential real estate brokers.

Shelton, Conn.-based Home-Link is a marketing company that aids brokers and consumers in buying or selling a home and moving.

"Our mission at Home-Link is to provide our brokers with unique opportunities to create value for the customer as well as seek out new revenue," said Home-Link Chairman William Raveis. "An in-house mortgage operation is certainly one way to achieve this (objective)."

A Home-Link company statement said Home-Link participants can explore mortgage options with Chase even if they already have an existing relationship with or own a mortgage company.
