FCC Amends "Do-Not-Fax" Unsolicited Ads Rules |

The FCC amended its do-not-fax unsolicited ads rule (47 CFR 64.1200 (a))to eliminate the "business relationship" exception to the ban on unsolicited faxes. The do-not-call list established by the FTC will apply to unsolicited faxes. The revised rule will be enforced beginning October 1, 2003.
