Join & Leave Meetings
There are several ways to join an ALTA Title Topics depending on how you are connecting to the session. You may connect from a Windows PC, Mac, or a Mobile device. You may be prompted to install a software component for the session. In order to join the session promptly and without issue, please plan on attending at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the session.
To join a meeting from a Title Topics invitation or registration email
1. Open the email or appointment that contains the meeting information.
2. Click the Join link provided in the invitation to join the meeting.
3. If prompted, click Yes, Grant or Trust to accept the GoToMeeting download.
4. If requested, enter the meeting password provided by your meeting organizer.
You'll be launched into the meeting where you'll see your Control Panel and GoToMeeting Viewer.
To join a meeting from the GoToMeeting website
You can join a meeting from the GoToMeeting website in any of the following ways:
1. Go to http://www.gotomeeting.com, and click the Join a Meeting button in the top navigation.
2. If prompted, click Yes, Grant or Trust to accept the download.
3. On the Join a Meeting dialog, enter the Meeting ID from your meeting invite.
4. If requested, enter the meeting password provided by your meeting organizer.
You'll be launched into the meeting where you'll see your Control Panel and GoToMeeting Viewer.
Leave a Meeting
To leave a meeting
1. From your Control Panel's File menu, select Exit and Leave Meeting. You also click on your Control Panel or
GoToMeeting Viewer.
2. When prompted with the Leave Meeting dialog, select Yes.
