ALTA Announces Two National Title Professional Designations

Washington, DC, February 12, 2015 — The American Land Title Association (ALTA), the national trade association of the land title insurance industry, recently awarded two National Title Professional (NTP) designations. The two designees join 38 other industry leaders from around the country who have earned the prestigious professional designation.

The professional designation was received by Cynthia Blair of Blair Cato Pickren Casterline in Columbia, S.C.; and Michelle Null of Benchmark Title Company in Belleville, Ill.

“I am proud of the enthusiasm, industry knowledge and professionalism these National Title Professional designees bring to the land title insurance industry,” said ALTA President Diane Evans NTP. “I congratulate them on their NTP designations and appreciate their dedication and hard work for our industry.”

The National Title Professional (NTP) designation recognizes land title professionals who demonstrate the knowledge, experience and dedication essential to the safe and efficient transfer of real property.*

The two designees join 47 other industry leaders from around the country who have earned the prestigious professional designation.

The professional designation was received by Cheryl Cowherd of Agents National Title Insurance Company in Columbia, Missouri; and John Hollenbeck of First American Title Insurance Company in Santa Ana, California.
