Agents National Title Insurance Co. recently executed a technology partnership with Windward Consulting to implement ResWare, a real estate transaction management system, for the company’s internal underwriting operations.

Agents National Title chose Adeptive Software’s flagship product to improve its competitive position in its growing markets, improve efficiency and better serve its agents.

“There is nothing in the market like ResWare,” said David Townsend, CEO of Agents National Title. “We are extremely excited to work with ResWare and we are looking forward to strengthening our business platform with the help of this transaction management product.”

ResWare’s technology and workflow automation will allow agents and underwriters to grow their business without increasing payroll, according to Curt Szymanski, president of Windward Consulting. ResWare also provides users with a sustainable competitive advantage through workflow and process automation, improved efficiency, transparency, seamless integration with other programs and workflow improvements.
