OCC Releases Evaluations for 24 National Banks

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) recently released a list of Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) performance evaluations that became public during the period of Sept. 15 through Oct. 14. The list contains only national banks and insured federal branches of foreign banks that have received ratings. The possible ratings are outstanding, satisfactory, needs to improve, and substantial noncompliance.
Of the 24 evaluations made public this month, three were outstanding, 21 were satisfactory, none were needs to improve, and none were substantial noncompliance. Evaluations are available here.
Copies of the actual evaluations may be obtained by submitting a request electronically through the OCC's online FOIA site.
