“We are excited about Electronic Recording,” said Debbie Kroshus, Burleigh County Recorder. “I have been interested in doing this for quite awhile now and look forward to the time and cost savings it will have for my office, the County, and our customers. I am always looking for ways to have the office run more efficiently and I have a great staff that enjoys new challenges and new technology. We are ready to accept documents electronically.”

“Simplifile’s large customer base will increase our volume of e-recording which will produce better efficiency to those document submitters and the county,” said Bonnie Rehder, Clay County Recorder.

“Simplifile is excited to see the acceleration of e-recording in Minnesota and North Dakota and to lead the expansion of e-recording nationwide,” said Paul Clifford, president of Simplifile. “As the market leader in e-recording, we are driven to make the land record submission and recording process easier, more secure, and cost-effective through the use of leading technology.”
