(NYLS), a New York corporation, and Land Title Agency, Inc. (LTA), a New Jersey corporation.

Formed in 1986 by Anthony (Tony) Della Salla, NYLS has grown to become one of the leading commercial title agencies in the country. The company focuses its efforts on commercial developers, lenders, attorneys and investment banks in New York and nationally. NYLS handles large commercial transactions and coordinates single and multi-site transactions on a national basis. Mr. Della Salla will continue to operate New York Land Services independently of other LandAmerica operations in New York.
