ALTA Announces RESPA Taskforce Panel!

ALTA is excited to announce an expanded program at our Business Strategies Conference on April 19-21 in San Antonio, Texas! Implementing the new RESPA rule is one of the most important issues your business will face this year - come find out if you are RESPA ready.
ALTA has formed a RESPA Implementation Taskforce to serve as the voice of the Title Industry in our ongoing conversations with HUD. The Task Force is hard at work identifying the difficult issues and will be meeting with HUD in the near future to determine how to effectively implement the new rule. Members of this panel will formally address attendees at the Business Strategies Conference to present its findings, as well as to collect your concerns that we can submit to HUD leaders in future meetings.
