October 20, 2008

Stewart Lender Services, Inc. has appointed Jason Nadeau as President. SLS is a nationwide provider of mortgage origination and post-closing services fulfilling the needs of residential lenders throughout the loan origination, closing, funding and servicing processes.

In his new role, Nadeau will be responsible for leading and developing the comprehensive Stewart national Lender business strategy. Under Jason’s direction, Stewart Lender Services will provide lenders a single point-of-contact, exceptional service and technology to accelerate the loan origination process.

“Nadeau has been instrumental in building Stewart’s lender strategy and eMortgage technology suite of products, and we are pleased to have him lead Stewart Lender Services,” said Stewart Morris, Jr., president and co-chief executive officer of Stewart Information Services Corp.

Stewart’s eMortgage process is a key part of SLS’ service offering providing the consumer an enhanced closing experience using Stewart’s eClosingRoom™ technology, and also offers lenders a paperless eMortgage process, reducing the time and cost to create a loan and sell it into the secondary market.

Nadeau most recently served as senior vice president of eLender business for Stewart eMortgage Solutions, a division of PropertyInfo Corporation, a Stewart company. In August 2008, the Stewart eMortgage Solutions division joined the Stewart Lender Services company to further align Stewart lender products and services from origination to post-closing.

Prior to joining Stewart, Jason served as senior vice president of First American’s Enterprise Technology, responsible for working with First American's largest lending customers to define and implement e-commerce solutions. Jason also served as president and chief information officer of RealEC® Technologies, a company he helped found. Stewart Title Company has equity ownership in RealEC Technologies.
