Submit Your RESPA Comments by June 12

May 20, 2008

Your Comments on the proposed rule are due by June 12, 2008. The proposed rule could have seriously adverse affects on the title and escrow industry and it is crucial that the title industry express their concerns and offer suggestions. ALTA has summarized our key concerns on the ALTA RESPA Reform Resource Center web page to assist you in drafting your comments. ALTA encourages everyone in the Title Insurance Industry to submit comments on the proposed rules.

ALTA asks you to submit your comments to HUD no later than June 12, 2008.
