Five revised and new forms and a related memorandum from James L. Gosdin, Chair of the ALTA Title Insurance Forms Committee, are set forth below.

Comments from ALTA Active Members and Title Industry Customer Groups concerning these forms should be received by James L. Gosdin by May 15, 2008.

The ALTA Board of Governors will consider their adoption at its June meeting.
