House Banking Chairman Calls for Financial Services Regulatory Changes

Today, in a speech before the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, House Banking Chairman Barney Frank (D-MA) called for quick action on his legislation to address the housing crisis, and discussed a number of regulatory changes that could be employed to modernize the financial services sector and prevent a repeat of our current financial condition.
