First Advantage Acquires EvidentData, Inc.

PETERSBURG, Fla /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- First Advantage Corporation (Nasdaq: FADV)has acquired the assets of EvidentData, Inc., a company specializing in computer forensics and electronic discovery consulting headquartered in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. The transaction was completed to expand the West Coast presence of First Advantage's litigation support offering and enhance the company's current electronic discovery capabilities, both offered by First Advantage's Litigation Consulting Services unit.

EvidentData's team of investigators and information technology professionals includes former prosecutors and investigators from federal, state and local agencies, as well as degreed information technology professionals. The company, which also has offices in San Diego and Boston, has provided courtroom-ready evidence and expert testimony in hundreds of cases.
