RamQuest Releases Newest Version of Flagship Solution

Plano, Texas -- RamQuest Software, Inc., a provider of software solutions for the land title industry, announced today that the 6.0 version of its Complete Closing Enterprise software solution is now available to both new and existing customers. Complete Closing Enterprise, the company’s flagship product, is the foundation for RamQuest’s .NET product suite and provides title companies with a comprehensive set of tools for managing the title insurance process including order processing, commitment policy, escrow accounting and HUD generation.
Among the enhancements made in this release of Complete Closing is improved functionality for multi-user environments helping boost efficiency and avoid communication gaps when working on files simultaneously. A warning message can now be displayed when an attempt is made to open a file already in use. That file is then opened without editing capabilities, preventing accidental overwriting of data. The optional Vendor Management module in this release gives title companies the ability to order and track vendor services and recording instruments within Complete Closing. Vendor Management has intuitive functionality whereby vendor information and fees are fed directly to the HUD and to check writing; the overall result is improved business process integration. Complete Closing Enterprise 6.0 also allows for XML file import into a new or existing file – this translates into the flexibility for title companies to outsource data entry and receive that data directly back into their system using pre-formatted XML templates.
