RamQuest Integrates with Data Trace

RamQuest Inc., a provider of title and settlement solutions for the land title industry, announced that its Closing Market digital network has integrated with Data Trace.

RamQuest’s Closing Market digital network is an application-to-application interface that electronically connects business partners allowing each participant to work from their own software. With decades of tax experience in Texas, Data Trace delivers tax certificates so that customers can get to closing faster. Data Trace provides tax certificate information that includes current year status, tax amount due, including the total payoff amount, and tax suit status with court costs, abstract fees and other related information. Data Trace also provides accompanying HOA certificates and offers warranties on its information, giving customers an additional level of confidence.

“With our Closing Market integration and new Texas title plants, we continue our steadfast commitment to the Texas market,” said Robert Karraa, president of Data Trace. “Through Closing Market, RamQuest customers can now request one-click ordering of Texas tax certificates from Data Trace.”

The Closing Market integration with Data Trace enables RamQuest customers to order tax certificates for all 254 Texas counties without having to leave their RamQuest title production solution. Once the tax certificate is created, the integration with Data Trace also delivers the tax certificate directly back to the customer’s title production solution, ready for closing.

“Our Texas customers will be able to close business quicker and easier than ever before when they use the Data Trace service through Closing Market,” said Brooks Yeager, executive vice president and chief strategy officer at RamQuest. “This is just another of the many Closing Market interfaces that enable RamQuest customers to set themselves apart in their markets and help them to create a competitive advantage.”
