The Docket: California Court of Appeal Provides Clarity on Exclusion 3(a)

Today’s review of a ruling by a California Court of Appeals addressing a claim for a title defect the lender partially caused was provided by Ken Styles of the law firm Miller Starr Regalia. Read on to learn why the court rejected the lender's claims.
