The California ranch built for crooner Bing Crosby in the 1950s has hit the market asking $5 million – 43 percent more than when it last listed.

The five-bedroom, 7,000-square-foot estate has come on and off the market in the past years and last listed for $3.49 million, according to Curbed. The current owner told the Wall Street Journal that the price hike was due to recent interest in the neighborhood and a rumor that President Obama was buying close by.
