Richard Lundbeck has joined North American Title Co. as its new senior vice president and division manager for Santa Clara and Alameda counties. He has more than 15 years' experience, managing and starting new lines of business in the title insurance and real estate industries in California.

"We are thrilled that Richard has joined our leadership team, lending his diverse talents to our operations in strategic Bay Area markets, including Silicon Valley," said Dia Demmon, California regional president of North American Title. "Richard has enormous passion for the business, backed by a proven track record of cultivating successful teams. We are confident he will support associate satisfaction and profitable growth for the company."

Lundbeck most recently served as vice president of default title and loss mitigation title services for ServiceLink. He created, implemented and managed the day-to-day REO operation for the company's local closing model. Previously, Lundbeck had served as vice president of REO and curative operations for LPS Default Title and Closing, where he managed 250 employees spread across five departments. He moved to the company after working as vice president, county manager of United General Title Insurance Co., where he recruited title officers, escrow officers and support staff to build the San Luis Obispo County market.

"One of my favorite quotes that epitomizes my philosophy is from Sam Walton, who once said, 'The goal as a company is to have customer service that is not just the best, but legendary,'" Lundbeck said. "I am excited about my new role as division manager with North American Title. I look forward to bringing a fresh approach in the management of staff and processes, which will facilitate unparalleled service and the opportunity for the company to continually expand in ever-changing markets."
